Further to the Terms of Use provided on Admission DIY Website (admissiondiy.com) we disclaim all liabilities and warranties with respect to payment of fees ("Fees") that are applicable to the programs you have opted for through the Admission DIY Website. Such Fees include, but are not limited to, course fees, examination fees, and late fees. The User agrees and understands the following:

  1. It shall be the responsibility of the User to make all necessary payments regarding the Fee well in advance of the last date specified on the Admission DIY website.
  2. The online payment facility is provided via a Payment Gateway Service Provider which only facilitates payment collection and remittance; Admission DIY is neither a banking nor a financial service and does not act as trustee or fiduciary for payments. Payments may take 1-2 working days to process, and are made at the User's risk; Admission DIY is not responsible for processing delays or failures by the gateway.
  3. Admission DIY will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from lack of authorization, payment issues, declines, or inability to use the payment page maintained by the Payment Gateway Service Provider.
  4. Admission DIY shall not be liable for loss or damage due to failure, delay, or interruption on the part of the Payment Gateway Service Provider, including network or system failures outside Admission DIY's control.
  5. If Services are rejected due to delayed payment, the User may submit a written request together with a payment receipt; upon verification Admission DIY will consider refund requests in accordance with its internal refund policy published on the website.
  6. Admission DIY is not liable for fraudulent transactions carried out by third parties. Reported fraudulent transactions will be communicated to the Payment Gateway Service Provider for resolution subject to the provider's internal policies.
