IPU Admission 2026

Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University offers a wide range of courses, such as BSc, MSc, MBA, MTech, BEd, BA, and BCom, along with new regular and certificate courses introduced by IPU for the 2026–27 session. Interested students must start the admission process through the official website from the third week of March 2026*.

Students can visit the official website to fill out the online application form for their desired UG, PG, or PhD programs. The registration fee is INR 1500 for all applicants. To be eligible for admission, students must have completed Class 12th for undergraduate and a bachelor’s degree for postgraduate courses. IPU UG Admission 2026

Indraprastha University will start inviting applications from students to enroll in their UG courses for the session 2026-27. The online application form will be available from 21 March 2026*, and the last date to apply will be 30 April 2026*.

Admission to UG courses at IP University is based on both entrance exams and merit scores. The most opted IPU UG courses are B. Tech, BBA, B.Sc., BA, B.Ed., and B.Com. Students can apply through the official GGSIPU admission portal. To be eligible, candidates must have passed Class 12th from a recognized board with at least 55% marks.

The annual tuition fee for UG programs starts from INR 35,000. Admission to the IPU will be based on entrance exams conducted by the University, known as IPU CET. Students who have qualified for a valid national entrance exam can be directly invited for a counselling session.

IPU BCA Admission 2026

IPU offers 4-year bachelor’s of computer application courses to develop strong skills in computer, programming, and IT systems. The course focuses on software development, Database, networking, and technologies, helping students prepare for careers in the IT sector. Students must have passed 12th with 50% marks, including English and mathematics or computer science as their compulsory subjects. Also students with a 3-year diploma in engineering from an AICTE-approved polytechnic with 50% marks are also eligible.

IPU BCA admission is done based on IPU BCA CET scores, followed by counselling. If seats remain, then it will fill through CUET UG scores. The fees for the IPU BCA course are between INR 136,700 to INR 155,300 per year. 

IPU BTech Admission 2026

 Indraprastha University offers a 4-year BTech. degree that helps students learn engineering and modern technology skills through practical and theoretical training. The university provides many specialisations such as CSE, IT, ECE, CSE AI, Bio Technology, AI & ML, A&R, and IIOT. To apply for the IPU BTech course, students must have completed class 12th with physics, chemistry, and mathematics. They must have secured a minimum of 50% marks on the board examination.

IPU BTech admission 2026  is based on the JEE mains, and students are selected through counselling, where seats are allotted based on merit and document verification. IPU focuses on skill building and hands-on learning to prepare students for engineering careers. The average tuition fee of the B.Tech course at IPU will range from INR 1,00,000 to INR 1,40,000 per year. 

IPU PG Admission 2026

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University will open its postgraduate admission portal for the 2026–27 academic session from last week of March 2026, with the application deadline set for 15th August 2026*. Students seeking admission to PG programs such as MBA, MTech, MSc, MEd, MA, and others can apply online through the official website.

To apply, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission will be offered based on scores obtained in IPU CET, CUET PG, NEET PG, GATE, or other relevant entrance examinations. After qualifying, applicants must attend the counselling sessions conducted by IPU and complete the fee payment process within the prescribed time to secure their admission.  The annual fee of the IPU PG courses is INR 51,000- INR 1,90,000 approx.

IPU MBA Admission 2026

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) offers MBA admission at the postgraduate level. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with atlaest 50% marks from a recognised university. IPU MBA Admission is primarily based on the overall percentile of the CAT. If seats remain vacant, students will get admission through GGSIPU CET. Selection is carried out through a counselling session conducted by the university, and seats will be allotted. The average MBA fee at IPU is around INR 1,00,000 per annum.

Eligibility Criteria for GGSIPU Admission 2026

For Undergraduate Courses:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
• A minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) is required.
• English must be studied as a compulsory subject.
• Specific subjects are required based on the course (e.g., PCM for B.Tech., Biology for medical programs).
  

For Postgraduate Courses:

• Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• A minimum of 50% marks is required in the qualifying examination.

IPU Entrance Exams 2026 

IP University conducts its own entrance exam, known as the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET), for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Students are required to qualify IPU CET 2026 to get admission in their desired courses, such as BBA, BCA, BTech, MBA, MSc, and more.
