The admission process at Allahabad University will be conducted through both entrance-based and merit-based methods, depending on the course. Those students who clear their respective entrance examination have to appear in the document verification and counselling session. Students who choose to apply for a postgraduate program have to hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an authorized university or institute. At first, students must appear in a respective entrance examination like CUET PG and PGAT. The overall course fee for all PG programs ranges between INR 45000 and INR 180000.
Allahabad University Entrance Exams 2026
Allahabad University conducts various entrance examinations every year for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. For UG courses, the university accepts the CUET-UG (Common University Entrance Test) conducted at the national level. Admissions to programs like B.A, B.Sc., B.Com., BFA and BPA are based on CUET-UG scores followed by counseling.
